Privacy policy
Last updated:
Gregory Dugger Consulting, LLC (GDC, “we,” “us”) operates this website and private productivity integrations. This policy explains how we handle website information and data from accounts you choose to connect, including Google accounts. Contact gdugger@gregoryduggerconsulting.com with privacy questions or requests.
1. Website information
When you send an inquiry, we receive the name, email address, message, and any optional phone number, company or topic you provide. We use this information to respond, discuss your project and manage the resulting business relationship. Inquiries are delivered by email using Amazon Web Services.
The site records basic measurements such as page paths, referring website hostnames, page views and button clicks to understand which services visitors find useful. These measurement events do not include contact form contents, connected mailbox data, an advertising identifier or a persistent visitor identifier. The theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage.
Hosting and security providers may process technical information, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and prevent abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect contact forms and may receive your IP address and browser information. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. If you follow a scheduling link, Calendly processes the information you submit under its own privacy policy.
2. Google account access
Connecting a Google account is optional and requires your authorization through Google's sign-in and consent screens. We receive basic account identity, such as your email address and account identifier, and the access granted for that connection. Your Google password is entered with Google, not collected by GDC. Authorization tokens allow the integration to continue working while permission remains valid.
The current Gmail integration requests read-only mailbox access. This permission permits reading Gmail data across the mailbox; selecting labels limits what our collector retains, not the breadth of Google's permission. Collected information can include selected messages' senders, recipients, subjects, dates, labels, message identifiers and supported text bodies. The current Gmail collector does not download attachments or send, edit or delete messages.
You review each account, selected labels and permitted access separately before activation. Calendar access, sending messages and other write actions are not included in this Gmail connection. Any additional capability requires its own authorization and an explanation of the data and actions involved.
3. How connected account data is used
We use authorized account data to provide the productivity features you enable: collecting and searching selected mail, retrieving messages and conversations, and supplying relevant context to your authorized assistants so they can answer questions or help with your work. Account identifiers, permissions and collection status are used to keep connections working and enforce their access rules.
Google account data is not sold, used for advertising or credit decisions, or used by GDC to train or improve general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We limit its use to the features you authorize. Human access is limited to your consent, necessary security or troubleshooting work, legal obligations, and other access permitted by Google's policies.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
5. Storage, retention and deletion
Connected mailbox content and authorization credentials are stored encrypted in the integration's controlled backend. Access is restricted to the operator and authorized clients. No internet service or device can be guaranteed completely secure.
Mail access follows the retention policy approved for the connection. The current Gmail collection uses a rolling 90-day received-message window; older messages fall outside permitted retrieval and are removed through retention maintenance. Connection metadata and authorization credentials may remain while a connection is configured. Website inquiries are kept as needed to respond, provide services and meet applicable business or legal obligations.
Revoking Google authorization prevents further authorized collection, but does not itself delete previously retained information. To request deletion of retained mail, connection credentials or information you submitted, email gdugger@gregoryduggerconsulting.com. We may verify your identity before acting. Deleting information from our integration does not delete original messages from Gmail or copies already retained in an assistant conversation; those services have separate deletion controls.
6. Your choices and contact
You can choose whether to connect an account, which supported labels to collect, and which authorized assistants may use the retained information. You can request changes, pause collection or disconnect an integration. You can also remove its access from your Google Account connections.
For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact Gregory Dugger Consulting, LLC at gdugger@gregoryduggerconsulting.com. We update this policy when our practices change and show the current date above. Material changes to account data use require updated disclosure and, where required, renewed consent before the new use begins.
